I sent out massive amounts of query letters to agents, only to be rejected by almost every one immediately. I sent my book to Tate Publishing and it was accepted but the upfront fee is $3,990. Being a college student, I am unable to afford that amount so I have to start looking for other options. Since December, I have started writing a romance novel and when it is finished I will try to get that one publishes as well and maybe once it would be published the first book would have a better chance.
